Manta Rays Swim School Ltd aims to be transparent, honest and fair. If a customer fails to adhere to the Terms and Conditions, they may be requested to discontinue lessons. In this instance Manta Rays Swim School Ltd will be under no obligation to provide a refund. We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will be in effect immediately. By booking with Manta Rays Swim School Ltd, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

​Payments

Payments for booked classes require a non-refundable £20 deposit to secure your child’s placement. The Remaining balance will be requested via email or text message and all information will be included. 

Cancellations & Amendments

 

Manta Rays Swim School Ltd reserve the right to make alterations to lesson times and course dates. Manta Rays Swim School Ltd will aim to give as much notice as possible if the above matter would occur.   

Refunds

 

Manta Rays Swim School Ltd is under no obligation to offer refunds for early cancellations of courses. The space is secured for the duration of the term and if a customer decides to leave prematurely this MUST be communicated via email. Refunds, if granted will be processed no earlier than the end of the current term. 

Complaints

 

Manta Rays Swim School Ltd is committed to providing an honest and professional service, however we appreciate that sometimes customers may be dissatisfied with the service provided from time to time. Manta Rays Swim School Ltd will review the matter, conduct enquiries and address the issue accordingly. To log a complaint please email us and we will aim to respond within 48hrs. 

Behaviour 

 

Bad behaviour/ language or any form of aggression towards an employee of Manta Rays Swim School Ltd will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behaviour from pupils will be addressed with the child in question, parent or guardian and dealt with accordingly.  

Health & Safety

It is the parent or guardian’s sole responsibility to inform Manta Rays Swim School Ltd of any condition (Medical or other) that could affect their child’s capabilities whilst in the vicinity of North West Kent College.

 

 Pupils must shower before entry

Use stairs provided for access and egress

 

You MUST NOT bring your child to their lesson if unwell 

 

Pupils must not enter the pool until clear instruction from a teacher has been given

 

No running on pool side

 

No rough play
